A1 Car Parts LTD

A1 Car Parts LTD is a Birmingham-based business operating in car recovery and towing. It specialises in tilt and slide recovery using a specialised flatbed vehicle. The company offers towing services for vehicles of all sizes, from cars and motorcycles to trucks and vans.

Small Heath customers repeatedly single out A1 Car Parts LTD for the speed with which recovery is arranged, with several accounts describing a truck arriving within the time promised, including at unsociable hours when a vehicle had cut out or broken down on the A38. Reviewers describe the pricing as fair and affordable, noting that quotes were lower than others offered in the same emergency, and that the final charge matched what had been agreed. The work itself is described as efficient, whether a car was recovered and dropped at a chosen destination, a battery replaced, or a vehicle washed and returned spotless.

A recurring point is the helpfulness of the owner, described as hardworking and humble, who went beyond simply towing by diagnosing a faulty alternator and getting the engine running again. Communication before and during the job comes up often, with customers mentioning easy booking and clear updates. Electric motor repair is among the services listed. The willingness to help out of hours and explain what had gone wrong is what many remember most.
