Don't ever use the AA if you have to pay for breakdown. Can't thank these guys enough. Waited 5 hours for the aa and still hadn't picked me up and was going to have to do the journey in legs meaning more time at a service station waiting. These were cheaper, came within half hour and straight there. The AA is disgusting. Thank you so much I think id still be there waiting!!
Great service, prompt, got my car on the back without any fuss and a first-class delivery and a great price.
I had a really frustrating experience with my own subscription breakdown cover, which let me down badly when I needed help the most. After already keeping me waiting for over an hour and a half, they then told me I’d have to wait until 05:45 AM for assistance. To make matters worse, the quote they gave me was actually higher than what I ended up paying elsewhere—completely unacceptable given the delay and lack of urgency. In contrast, Ali from AJ Recovery was outstanding. He arrived within just 40 minutes, which was a huge relief after the long wait I’d already endured. Not only was he prompt, but the service he provided was efficient, professional, and effective. He quickly assessed the situation and got everything sorted without any hassle. Ali truly turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Fast response, fair pricing, and excellent service—AJ Recovery is definitely who I’ll be calling in the future. Highly recommended.:
