Auto Logistics Breakdown & Recovery

Auto Logistics Breakdown & Recovery is a car recovery and towing company based in Glasgow. It is approved by AA and RAC. The company has over 17 years of experience and has been operating for over 7 years. It covers Glasgow and all surrounding areas. Its team comprises AA and RAC-approved mechanics and qualified vehicle engineers approved by the RAC and AA. It is partnered with reputable local garages and operates a LEZ compliant fleet.

Drivers stranded after breakdowns, pothole damage and long periods off the road feature among the accounts left for this Glasgow recovery outfit. A theme that runs through the feedback is the speed of response, with motorists describing how quickly a driver reached them after a call, sometimes within the hour and in one case inside forty-five minutes on a frozen morning. Various customers describe the same technician, Brian, as knowledgeable, honest and calm, diagnosing faults that other garages had missed and taking care to check that a replacement battery suited the vehicle.

A number of reviews mention fair, reasonable pricing, with one noting a quote below other services, and the towing itself is described as careful and hassle-free, including a car taken on to a nearby tyre fitter. Communication before and after the job comes up often, as does the friendly manner of the team, with Craig named for taking the initial call and Martin for carrying out repairs. Work covers recovery, towing, battery replacement and auto electrical fault-finding, and the impression left is of a firm that gets vehicles moving again without fuss.
