It specialises in handling insurance write-offs, damaged cars and flood-damaged vehicles, and also handles non-runners, un-roadworthy cars, MOT failures, junk and salvage cars, fleet vehicles and part-exchange cars. Payment is made via bank transfer or business cheque. It provides a vehicle recycling service for scrap cars.

Birmingham Autobreak Recycling Ltd draws consistent praise from customers for its scrap car collection, with reviewers repeatedly highlighting punctual arrivals and swift payment. Several describe calling in the afternoon or morning and having the vehicle picked up as arranged, often within an hour, with the agreed money reaching their bank account on the same day or shortly afterwards. Friendly collectors are a common theme, and one reviewer gives special thanks to Gary. Reviewers also value the clear communication throughout, from confirming collection times to explaining what happens next and handling DVLA paperwork.

Alongside vehicle collection, the business supplies used car parts, and one account mentions a replacement mirror arriving quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition, with excellent communication about delivery. Buyers of parts describe staff as helpful and accommodating when sourcing the right item. The range of work covers cars and vans, including a Ford C Max and a long-wheelbase Mercedes van, and customers note that the whole process felt quick and professional, with some saying they would not hesitate to use the service again for future scrapping needs.
