Cardiff Scrap Car

Cardiff Scrap Car, a car dealer and scrap metal dealer, arranges scrap car collection in the Wenvoe area of Cardiff. One customer described a collection that had been arranged but never took place, with no arrival and no answer to either a phone call or a message left afterwards.

Another account reports an abrupt and dismissive response when a caller rang, before the purpose of the call had been explained, described as arrogant and rude. The recurring theme across these accounts is a failure to follow through on agreed collections and a lack of helpful communication when customers attempt to make contact, with one caller receiving a refusal before even stating what the enquiry concerned.
