I was let down by my car dealers with delivery, but Darren was incredibly helpful in transporting my car from Cardiff to Nottingham on such short notice. He’s polite, and kept me informed with excellent communication throughout. He made the whole process much smooth. The service was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend Darren to anyone looking for outstanding service. 10/10 – thank you very much for all your help. I would definitely use your service again.

I contacted Darren to help with my car after it had failed an MOT. The garage had quoted £1400 for the work needed. I contacted Darren to ask if he could transport the car to We Buy Any Car. Darren actually contacted me and found a way for the work to be done for £250 and also advised us about taking it back to the garage. It then passed the MOT. I want to emphasise, I have no affiliation to Darren and never usually leave reviews, but really want to highlight how fantastic Darren was. We would absolutely use his services again, and would also be happy to be contacted if anyone wanted to confirm that this is an entirely independent review. I basically looked up options for vehicle retrieval on ChatGPT and then contacted him! Whilst I’m not recommending that as a general approach (!), in this case we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

This was the best priced recovery out of a lot that I called and he was super fast and efficient taking my broken down ka to the garage. Highly recommend DCH recovery and will definitely use them again if I ever need a tow

Darren was a lifesaver! The other company that we booked text late night to say he couldn’t pick up my vehicle in the morning from Eastbourne to bring to Barry. I found Darren at DCH Recovery online and rang him at 7am on Sunday morning and with a bit of juggling he said he would be on his way in 1 hour ! He communicated throughout the day giving updates and arrived with the vehicle on time as promised with a big smile on his face A pleasure doing business with him and would highly recommend him.
