Emergency Breakdown Car/Vehicle Towing Service

Easy Vehicle Breakdown Recoveries has operated as a vehicle recovery and towing business since 2008. The company is based in Central London and is fully insured. Its director is M A Sardar. The service area covers the London Metropolitan area, with country areas served on request.

The company holds PAS 43, ISO 9001 and NHSS 17/17B certifications. It provides towing for accident-damaged or broken-down cars, light and heavy trucks, and machinery. Transport for up to two passengers is available in the truck cabin during towing.

Drivers stranded in London, from parents with young children to owners of vans and motorbikes, describe breakdown recovery that focuses on getting them moving again quickly. Several customers highlight the speed of response, with vehicles collected and transported to a safe area or garage in a fraction of the time quoted by larger roadside assistance providers. Clear communication stands out too, as customers recall being kept informed from the first call through to delivery, including spoken guidance during a tricky winching operation from a narrow central street.

The pricing is repeatedly described as straightforward and reasonable, with no hidden charges attached to the final bill, a point that comes up often alongside the company's professional and reassuring manner. Zak is named by one expectant mother for recovering her car within minutes and refusing to let her wait on her feet. The proprietor is praised for intervening personally to assist with a seized vehicle at a compound, turning a stressful situation into a headache-free experience. Jump starts for flat batteries and long-distance transportation feature among the jobs customers mention, and the tone throughout is one of gratitude for reliability, efficiency and a calm attitude under pressure.
