Fifth Gear Recovery Service

Fifth Gear Recovery Service is a car recovery and towing company based in West Yorkshire. It offers 24/7 car recovery, accident recovery, and professional vehicle towing in Bradford. The company provides personal and commercial vehicle recovery in West Yorkshire and nationwide delivery options. It also offers a recovery service across the UK for all types of vehicles.

Reliable, punctual recovery work is the theme running through the feedback for this Bradford operator. Customers frequently describe a car being collected and moved within roughly an hour of first making contact, with one account of a battery fault dealt with inside twenty minutes late at night. A recurring point is the care taken when winching a vehicle onto the recovery truck, including a breakdown caused by failed steering and transmission components that was shifted clear of traffic and secured without damage.

Clear communication comes up often, with motorists noting they were kept informed from the first call through to delivery at a garage or home address. Fair, moderate pricing and a readiness to explain what had gone wrong feature regularly, as does advice on keeping the car in good order afterwards. Named staff, particularly Aky, Shah and Akeel, attract warm praise for friendliness, reassurance and practical help such as giving a customer a lift home so they could return to work on time. The work covers towing cars to mechanics, jump-starting and roadside recovery, leaving the impression of a team that treats stranded motorists with patience and respect.
