Used theses guys due to my front wheel coming off on the motorway 😩🫣and even though I was shook from the moment I rang the communication and helpfulness was incredible was put at ease instantly. The gentle man who came to recover came within half hour and again was incredible so helpful. Hats off to you guys thanks again 🙌
Amazing service. The team was fast, efficient, and polite, and they genuinely understood the stress we were under. They arrived within 30 minutes and had everything sorted in less than 5 mins!
20th Oct 2023 left me bare footed to walk 1 mile back in pouring rain and floods where my van went into a ditch during floods . I really did'nt want to leave this review but it's been playing on me for so long i need to explain my experince in full from first contact of breakdown till the moment i was left to walk a mile back in floods . It was so bad that night the police and fire bridgade whom i was in constant contact with could'nt reach me due to the flooding in the area . When you put your trust in a recovery company to rescue you leave you like they did me i feel i need to make a full detailed experience of that night .
Had a problem with ny car, just as I was about to take it for an MOT. The car wouldn't start. I texted Leicester recovery and a vehicle mechanic came out and got it up and running in less than an hour. Really impressed, really professional, no fuss no messing and reasonobly priced.

As i was in a serious situation and needed my husband’s car moved asap. I rang Leicester Recovery and I spoke to a lovely lady called Michelle who was so friendly and helpful and kind and understanding my situation. When I arrived to my car the tow truck arrived within half and hour. The guy made sure he could get my car on the tow truck properly and made it look easy!! He was a lovely guy and gave me and my little dog that I had with me,a lift home and then he put the car into our car space. 5 star review from me. Joanna James
