When my vehicle was returned, I immediately noticed damage that was clearly caused by the recovery straps being improperly secured. The straps rubbed against the bodywork, leaving noticeable scuffs and damage to the paint, which was not present before the recovery. A professional recovery company should know how to correctly secure a vehicle without causing avoidable damage. Instead, I was left with the inconvenience and cost of repairing paintwork that was damaged while the vehicle was in their care. The attached photo shows the marks left where the recovery straps made contact with the bodywork. This level of care is simply unacceptable, and I expected far more professionalism and respect for my property. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would urge others to thoroughly inspect their vehicle after any recovery service.
After being stranded by the RAC for 8 hours I looked for a local towing company to get me home. This place was well reviewed online and its safe to say it deserves them. They came promptly for a reasonable price. Jamie was lovely and after a stressful experience they are just the company you need. Couldn’t recommend more .
Had a van have an accident and become undriveable was 19.30 on a Friday night in the central part of Manchester spoke with the guys an they were very accommodating picked the van and driver up and recovered them to out unit in Haydock. They kept us informed of what was going on and the recovery driver even had a look at what had happened to diagnose the issue. Friendly, efficient, professional and quick what more could you ask for?? Thank you to all involved for all the help we will (Hopefully not too soon) use you guys again as this was far better service than we have received in the past!!
What a top professional person & employee in Jamie, I was broke down on the M62 near Burtonwood for two & half hours gone midnight, RAC sub contracted to MBS LTD. Jamie came & put my vehicle on a low loader which I am fully indebted in my hours of need. Absolute top class service. Friendly,reliable and exceeded expectations. Oliver K went above and beyond and we can’t think him enough for solving our problem. Last thing you need when returning from holiday is a poorly car, then to be stuck awaiting help for hours on end. He was outstanding,thank you. If all MBS are in his league you will be in safe hands👍
Jamie went above and beyond with his services. Made sure that the car was safely maneuvered onto the driveway. Nothing was to much to ask considering not a lot of space to use for Maneuver. Jamie very helpful indeed and got the job done. Jamie was lso very informative with a possible diagnosis of engine problem. I would recommend Manchester Breakdown Services.
