Motorists across Sheffield who have needed a broken-down vehicle moved describe the same set of qualities coming through again and again. Arrivals tend to happen at the times promised, with cars collected from driveways and taken on to garages, and one van recovered at distance after a breakdown far from home. Several customers mention the reasonable cost quoted for the work and the absence of any unexpected charges once the job was finished.

Keeping people informed during the wait recurs in the feedback, alongside the careful loading and moving of vehicles, including an electric car that required specialist equipment. The handling of a tyre blowout in the early hours is praised, as is the calm manner of those attending stressful situations. Named operatives, among them Kieran and Mark, are singled out for their courteous and professional approach, and the willingness to help at short notice when a car needed shifting between garages is noted. Long-distance transport of vehicles and straightforward local recoveries both feature among the jobs described.
