My Car Recovery London

RJ Autos was started in 2015. RJ Autos Recovery LTD is the legal entity behind rjautorecovery.co.uk. The company operates as RJ Auto Recovery LTD. It serves private and commercial clients, covering London and surrounding areas. Its staff is described as highly trained and well equipped.

The company uses flatbed recovery trucks for higher-clearance vehicles such as SUVs, family cars and vans. It provides breakdown recovery, accident recovery, flat tyre, refuelling, mobile tyre fitting, jump start, stuck vehicle, exporting and importing vehicles, wrong fuel and stolen catalytic converter services.

Breakdown recovery and towing across London forms the core of the work described by customers of this provider, whose accounts cover roadside assistance and the secure transport of cars and vans. A detail many reviews return to is the swift arrival of the driver after a call, with location-sharing allowing vehicles to be tracked while he was on his way. The same operative, named in feedback as RJ, is credited with a calm and professional manner that eased anxiety during unexpected failures, and with treating vehicles carefully.

Communication before and during the job is widely praised, as is pricing regarded as fair and economical given the size of the task. The process is consistently portrayed as dependable and free of stress, whether a car or a van needed moving, and the courteous, friendly attitude of the driver recurs throughout the accounts. Several customers mention that their vehicle was delivered home or onwards safely and securely, and the same professional and helpful approach is highlighted again and again. The service covers cars and vans, with the driver reassuring anxious owners and handling each vehicle with care from the first call to the final delivery.
