Outstanding service from Ben at NBL tonight. My son and I broke down in a very busy area - Ben called as promised at the allocated time and was even an hour earlier than scheduled. He was an absolute gem, friendly, patient and nothing was too much trouble- thank you and highly recommended!

Used this company twice in the last week (through my camper van breakdown policy). Excellent in all respects: they were with me super quick and the mechanics were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Got me sorted and on my way. Staff on the phone were also a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic. My car was broken down in a multi storey car park for 3 days. Neither the RAC or other recovery companies could find a solution. Nottingham Breakdown arrived within an hour of me contacting them and had the car out in no time. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent service. Breakdown arrived at my home address within an hour, diagnosed the problem as a dead battery and arranged new battery to be fitted about an hour later. Very friendly and helpful staff, even managed to knock £30 off the quote given for a new battery.

What a company! Andrea on the phone was lovely, and helped to quickly get me a quote and driver assigned asap. Nathan the driver was friendly and courteous, and went above and beyond. We had some issues unloading the car due to lack of power to the vehicle but Nathan used his initiative to think out the box of how to solve the problems. He said he’s not been in the business so long but he comes as extremely experienced and knowledgable! Thanks Andrea, Nathan and Nottingham Breakdown Service for helping me out!

14/09/2025: I cannot thank Wayne and Carl enough for putting me back on the road today. It was pouring with rain but these two absolute gems didn't nothing but smile and bring the sunshine to my Sunday afternoon. They were fast, efficient, super lovely and fabulous! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Update 15/09/2025: had to call these guys out again today. Sadly as my battery was a dud so unfortunately the work done by Wayne the day before was in vain. However both Wayne and Carl did let me know that this could be the case and warned me in advance. Steve attended today. Super nice chap. Started it up again so I could get to a garage for a new battery and tested the alternator to make sure it was just a dud battery, which it was. Again super quick, friendly and professional service.
