Great phone call, nice to talk to, excellent service too To Adam and driver
Jamil was amazing great customer service. Quick response time and fast ramid recovery.
My uber driver had a puncture and left me to deal with the situation. Spoke to khaled - he was so polite and professional throughout the whole ordeal. Thank you for putting me at ease and getting a speedy recovery! Highly recommend!
Getting stuck on the side of the road is always stressful, but this team turned a miserable situation into a completely seamless experience. I broke down during rush hour, and after being given an outrageous wait time by another company, I called these guys. It was the best decision I could have made. From the very first call, the dispatcher was incredibly calming, polite, and reassuring. They gave me a realistic arrival estimate and actually kept me updated via text, which completely eased my anxiety while sitting on the shoulder of a busy highway. The driver arrived even faster than promised. He was an absolute professional—courteous, efficient, and clearly highly skilled at what he does. He took extra care loading my vehicle to ensure absolutely no damage was done, walking me through exactly what he was doing so I felt comfortable. What really blew me away was the honesty. There were no hidden fees, no sketchy upcharges, and the price they quoted me over the phone was the exact price I paid. In an industry where it’s easy to feel taken advantage of during an emergency, their transparency and integrity were deeply appreciated. If you ever find yourself stranded and need a tow, do not hesitate to call them. They are fast, reliable, reasonably priced, and run by people who genuinely care about helping you out of a jam. A well-deserved 5 stars!
