ScrapTrak is a family-run business founded in 2009. Its coverage includes Portsmouth, Gosport, Fareham, Havant, Waterlooville, Southampton, Winchester, Andover, Basingstoke, Chichester, Bognor Regis and Worthing. The company specialises in scrap cars and vans, non-runners, MOT failures and accident-damaged vehicles. Payment is made by instant bank transfer (Faster Payments) at the kerbside.

ScrapTrak supports DVLA notification and provides a Certificate of Destruction where applicable via ATFs. Team training covers safety, customer care, ID checks, DVLA basics and environmental awareness. Collections use short and long wheelbase vehicles, skates and wheel dollies. Services include free collection, instant bank transfer on collection and DVLA paperwork handling for scrap, damaged, unwanted and non-running vehicles.

Prompt collection paired with immediate payment stands out as the theme running through the feedback for this Southampton scrap car service. A handful of customers describe how simple the entire arrangement proves, from the first text or call through to the vehicle being removed and the funds arriving. Response times draw frequent comment, with cars often taken away within a day of first contact. Clear communication before and during the job is another point that comes up often, including letting customers know shortly before the driver arrived.

Casey and Lee are named for their polite and professional approach, and reviewers note that the necessary paperwork and payment are sorted on the spot. That spares customers the long wait for a collection date they had anticipated. When the vehicle has been described accurately, the exchange proceeds without haggling. Repeat use appears common, with one account mentioning several cars scrapped over time and another stating he would return for any future collection. End-of-life cars are the focus throughout, and the ease of dealing by text is mentioned as working well.
