Sorin, was fantastic. Sorin communicated well and was very prompt to pick up my car on time. My bmw is low and has caused me quite a few issues with ramps in the past. Sorin explained that he could jack the car up onto skates to get it safely onto the van. My car was delivered safely and Sorin provided proof of delivery via WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend and use Sorin in the future.

Absolutely brilliant service from SDW Recovery. When no other company from AA to RAC and every other recovery service in between would either not even answer their phone nor come out on a breakdown over Bank Holiday, not only did SDW Recovery answer their phone on a busy Bank (very hot) Holiday weekend, they arrived in half an hour from the initial call, to the minute when they said they would arrive. Incredibly professional and highly efficient I was home with my car in no time and SDW recovery made it a seamless, totally stress free experience all the way back to London. Cannot recommend highly enough! If I could give 10 stars I would.
