Speed and simplicity run through almost every account of this Leeds scrap car collection service. Customers in several reviews describe how quickly they obtained a quote after entering a few details, with the vehicle picked up the next day and payment sent immediately afterwards. Several accounts note how clear the arrangements were and how well each stage was communicated, from the first enquiry through to confirmation that the car had been taken away. The driver who carries out the collection earns particular praise for his politeness and efficiency, and one customer names Paul as especially helpful.

Awkward vehicles are dealt with calmly: a car with seized brakes that refused to start was still winched onto the truck, and another whose battery had failed was removed as planned. Something that features in review after review is the fairness of the money offered, described as a strong deal compared with other quotes. Questions raised during booking were answered in full, and one customer was permitted to change the collection address at short notice. The whole transaction is consistently described as far easier than expected.
