Cameron is named for rescuing a young driver and getting her home safely, while Rupert is praised for his conduct over messages and for agreeing a clear price. Reviewers often mention fair quotes, easy payment and being kept informed, including a photograph sent once a car reached the chosen garage. The work covers restarting vehicles, towing to garages for repairs and transporting cars to addresses, with customers also noting that a vehicle was checked for roadworthiness before the driver continued. Patience, politeness and a willingness to go beyond expectations appear throughout the accounts.
