Primo Recovery

Speed of arrival is the quality that dominates the feedback for this Glasgow recovery operation. Reviewers repeatedly describe how little time passed between their call and a driver reaching them, whether they had broken down on a motorway or were waiting elsewhere, with some vehicles loaded onto a trailer within half an hour. The work shown in the accounts covers roadside recovery, transportation of cars to homes and garages, pre-arranged pickups and vehicle storage, and customers comment that the vehicles arrived in the condition they left in and were handled carefully.

Clear communication is another point that comes up often, with drivers keeping customers informed during the job and providing updates before collection. Naz is named by more than one reviewer for calming a distressed driver, offering guidance about a repairer and arranging an alternative garage when a booking fell through, while other staff are described as friendly and knowledgeable. Several accounts mention fair pricing and straightforward booking, with jobs completed quicker than expected, and the care extended to occupants, including pets, at the roadside.
