Cannot fault the service we received from “Steve Williams” our recovery driver. He went above all expectations and got us home after leaving Manchester Airport and breaking down on the Woodhead Pass. After travelling home all day from holiday and then having to deal with a breakdown it was a fantastic service on a Sunday afternoon. Recovery time was quick and Steve made us feel at ease being two females alone. Thank you !
Had breakdown on 13/07/2026 Deposited the fund of £450 didn’t provide the service and also didn’t get the refund. Scam!!! Its 23/07/2026 10 days passed of scam!!!! Had got deadline of 20/07/2026 to get my refund Hasn’t got yet. Will go with legal action now doesn’t matter how long or how much does it gonna cost me for it. If anyone else has been scammed by this company contact me will provide the Case reference number you can report it too.
Called this morning (on a Saturday) after another company let me down with no notice. I needed to take a broken down van to We Buy Any Cars, Barnsley. The guy on the phone was very helpful and they were out within an hour. Driver was friendly and helpful and they were really reasonably priced. Highly recommend 👍🏻
My car broke down in a tight garage and I called 2 recovery trucks who couldn’t get it out. I called BWR they were there within the hour and the car was removed and taken to my garage in 20 minutes. Cannot recommend them enough!!!
Great service. Turned up on time and had my car loaded on to the flatbed in no time. Would recommend.
I recently used BWR Groups Ltd to recover and store my burnt vehicle until my insurance company sorts it, and I’m very impressed. Their service was quick, reliable, and professional from start to finish. They handled everything efficiently, and I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from BWR Recovery Services! I enquired online and they quickly texted back with a very fair price. They arrived exactly at the agreed time, picked up my Audi without any issues, and delivered it safely to where it needed to go. Smooth, professional service from start to finish. Very happy and would definitely recommend!
