Car Recovery Guys - Towing Breakdown Recovery Service Manchester & Jump Start Service

Car Recovery Guys has assisted drivers with vehicle recovery services over the past decade. The company provides 24/7 car recovery in Manchester and Greater Manchester, and offers vehicle transport to the customer's home, garage or another suitable destination. It also offers vehicle towing and transport across Manchester, including garage deliveries, dealership collections and auction-site vehicle movements. It operates a 24hr secure vehicle storage facility.

It accepts payment by cash, card, or bank transfer. It provides jump-start help around the M60, M56 and M62 where the location is safe and accessible. It provides local recovery in Salford and Rochdale. Its main services include roadside assistance, 12 volt jumpstart, out of fuel, towing service, tyre fitting, flat tyre repair, electric vehicle recovery, motorbike recovery, sand or mud pull out, and battery replacement.

Jump starts and breakdown recovery across the Manchester area form the core of the work customers describe, carried out by a mobile team that treats each call-out as a priority. Reviewers repeatedly mention how quickly a recovery vehicle reaches them, with one driver arriving in the early hours after a late-night breakdown and another within minutes of the call. Punctuality and reliability come through strongly: several customers note that the van appeared exactly when promised, even after long waits on the roadside or in a multi-storey car park.

Clear communication is a point that comes up often, whether by phone or through messaging, with updates given while a car is being transported to a garage, sometimes many miles away. The pricing described is fair and competitive, and no one reports being asked for an upfront deposit. Named staff, particularly Mohammad and Mo, are praised for being polite, friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to explain what is happening and even checking vehicle settings before leaving. The result is a service that customers describe as making a stressful situation considerably easier, and many say they would call on the team again.
