S.M.Recovery

Cannot fault this company one bit. The RAC left us stranded on the way back from wales with 3 children and no way to get home. Straight away, a tow truck and a car was dispatched to come for us at 12 o’clock at night after waiting 5 hours for the RAC to finally say they couldn’t help Us. Within an hour we were picked up and brought back home and they couldn’t be more helpful. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs towing. Thank you!!

I honestly couldn’t recommend this company more. We had an extremely difficult, time-sensitive towing request over a weekend involving a large van that many recovery companies were unable to accommodate. I contacted 17 different companies before finally finding this one, and they were able to help us at very short notice the same day on the weekend. They first transported the van to an event so that we could avoid cancelling on our customers, then returned the following day to recover it from the event and take it directly to the repair shop the next day which was a Sunday and is historically very hard for me to find a tow company that can help us those days. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I was kept informed every step of the way. Their willingness to help, reliability, and professionalism genuinely saved our event from being cancelled. We are incredibly grateful and would not hesitate to use them again.

Absolute life saver, we were stranded and car wouldn’t go and within 45 minutes they were there. Such a friendly wonderful driver, felt at ease straight away to the point me and my fella fell asleep on the way back (sorry Camy!!). 100% would recommend, and if I ever need anything again I will be ringing these.

Broke down on the motorway and found S.M Recovery. They responded instantly and were with me exceptionally quickly. Cammy was great, really friendly and explained everything. Dropped my car off at a garage promptly. Also very reasonable price compared to others. Definitely recommend

Used this company on Friday night. I phoned them at 10.15 pm and they were with us by 11.15pm. Service was fantastic from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Happy to recommend. Recently needed a tow home and got quotes from a number of local companies. S.M. was the cheapest (by a third!) and was out to me within half an hour. Everything was arranged via WhatsApp and payment was online via a Stripe link. A courteous and cheerful service throughout.

Exit at junction 24 on the M60 at Denton — arrive within 30 minutes. The service is efficient, with good quality, and communication via WhatsApp is simple. The pricing is also reasonable. Highly recommended.
