The lad was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He made what was a stressful situation much easier. I would recommend them a million times over. I contacted AZ a couple days before my van needed moving for some work, very polite and accommodating for my needs. Booked in, came out on a SUNDAY! after seven, got the job done no hassle, absolutely mint service. If I ever need him again I know he'll be there, top top lad πͺ
These guys are brilliant and thoroughly recommended. I stupidly went to top up my oil in my work multi-storey car park before my long drive home. I then dropped the oil cap into the engine bay where it disappeared somewhere. My own breakdown cover said I wasnβt covered even though I had full cover. I called the RAC as a non customer and they said they couldnβt help. I found these guys local to where I was on Salford Quays and they were with me in 10 minutes. They brought a flatbed truck in case it couldnβt be sorted there but after a bit of searching they managed to find it and used a reaching tool to grab it. Very reasonable fee too. I will definitely be recommending them to all my work mates nearby.

I rang the company as my daughter had broke down on the m62 Westbound near Birch Services. I spoke with Ann who kept in touch throughout, as I was clearly worried. Just 10 mins later driver, Steve was on his way and and got there in 30 mins. I got a call saying your daughter is now with our driver. He took her back to Liverpool. I am so grateful for the swift response. My daughter was thrilled with the service and Steve. Price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend MW Recovery Services to anyone. Fantastic service.
