Cleanspares Plymouth Ltd

Cleanspares Plymouth Ltd is a family-run business that has operated in the scrap metal industry for over 45 years. It is a registered member of the Motor Vehicle Dismantlers Association (MVDA) and is licensed by the DVLA and the Environment Agency for the responsible disposal of scrapped vehicles.

The company provides a certificate of destruction and liaises with the DVLA when scrapping a car. It offers a collection and recovery service across the South West. Its main services include scrap car collection, part worn tyres, used car parts, and accident recovery. The company holds over 30,000 quality used spare parts in stock.

Used parts, tyres and the scrapping of unwanted vehicles form the core of the work carried out by this Plympton business, which also trades in scrap metal and new tyres. Buyers searching for components for older or awkward vehicles, including rims, mirrors, wheel braces and parts for a van approaching twenty years old, describe finding the items in stock and having them fitted or loaded without delay. Speed is a thread that runs through the feedback, with one driver reporting half an hour from arrival to finished fitting and another having a car collected on the same day an offer was accepted.

Several customers name the friendliness and product knowledge of the staff, noting that advice was given readily when the correct make of part was uncertain and that other vehicle faults were inspected without hesitation. Pricing comes up repeatedly as reasonable and often lower than expected for both parts and tyres. What emerges is a helpful, efficient counter service where purchases are completed smoothly and motorists leave satisfied with the outcome.
