In Plymouth, customers describe a scrap car collection service that combines scrap metal dealing with towing, and the accounts are mixed. Several reviewers praise the punctual collection of vehicles, the polite and friendly manner of the man who attends, and the clear communication before and after the job, with one noting a coffee brought along and another highlighting helpful advice given on the spot. A recurring theme is the cash price paid for end-of-life cars, which some describe as fair and straightforward, alongside an appreciation for respectful treatment during a stressful moment.

However, a number of complaints recur with similar wording: missed appointments, calls and messages left unanswered, and a deposit taken for a set of seats that was never delivered. Reviewers also describe a parking charge incurred after collection that was promised to be settled but was left unpaid, leaving the customer out of pocket. The pattern is of a service that works well when it arrives, yet the reliability problems appear often enough to shape how the company is regarded.
