When this time elapsed too, I cancelled the service. In the meantime, 1) they were saying help is coming fast (not true) 2) I carefully checked the reviews and was very skeptical. I didn't check them at the beginning as my car was blocking access to some gas station lanes and I couldn't move it.
I had a very urgent need to transport our Porsche to my parents house and it was right in the middle of rush hour. Hi-Speed was the first place I called and I was immediately reassured by the manager that I was in good hands. I had all kinds of things to manage including a child, a business zoom call and aging parents who were concerned about the entire process. The driver arrived within 24 minutes, managed the onloading process within 5 minutes and was swiftly on his way. My parents had nothing but kind things to say about the delivery driver who patiently placed the car exactly where it needed to be. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. They are certainly hi speed but they are also first class.
Don't even waste your time and money - absolute scum. Worst experience of car recovery service in last 15 years. I have all messages and rejected phone calls screenshots and video of recovery man, refusing to do the 100% upfront paid job, in case, if some prooves requared. All documented.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE!!! UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Called them last week-gave all the details-took a quote and confirmed the job!! Today they didn't turn up, called them and NO Answer! Texted them on WhatsApp and replied saying they are not aware of the job because the guy who booked the job was on holiday, later they mentioned they do not have it on their system because they guy didn't take any deposit!! IS IT MY BLOODY FAULT??!! I knew they wanted to quote different price, but just bloody ask, in this country time is important, don't do your SCAM approach of FORGOT AND MISSED to get more money from people at the last minute.!! Now when i agreed for the new quote they said they can reach in 30mins but need a deposit, there was not trust and a lot of missing details since the beginning of our conversation and you expect a customer to just pay a deposit??!! You are reaching in 30mins,Im waiting for you guys texting you BUT for them IN THE UK NOBODY WORKS WITHOUT TAKING DEPOSIT!! Life saver! My e46 broke down in west London near a roundabout and they were here within 30 minutes and very cost efficient. Lovely service and really helped me out with my car troubles- highly recommend!
