Breakdown assistance around Plymouth, from the A38 to Dartmoor and live lanes near Plympton, is where this operator is repeatedly praised. Rapid arrival stands out as a consistent theme, with motorists describing collection and delivery to a garage inside an hour and a response within twenty minutes of calling. Kevin is named often and comes across as friendly, helpful and straightforward to deal with, replying to messages even on a bank holiday.

Reviewers repeatedly mention sensible pricing, describing the service as reasonable and free of the sharp practices some drivers worry about. Safe loading and transporting of vehicles, whether back home or to a chosen garage, appears in several accounts. Battery and vehicle repair work is also covered. One customer tells of being stranded when Kevin was already on another job, and he still arranged for a different company to attend rather than leave them facing a police recovery. A common thread is the effort made to sort out a difficult situation rather than simply moving a car.
