I can't rate these guys highly enough. Travelling from France to my father's funeral my car broke down on the dual carriageway and despite the inefficiency of my French assistance company the boys found me, recovered my vehicle, found me a hotel with a vacant room at 11pm and then drove me all the way back into Plymouth city centre to take me to the hotel. Outstanding customer care with a special mention to Lee who went above and beyond to ensure my safety as a woman travelling alone. If I could give 6 stars I would!!

Absolutely amazing service! After being let down by the RAC first for a repair and then for a recovery. I rang these guys as I just wanted to get home, I made the call at 8.30pm and was loaded and on my way home within 20 mins! Special shout out to Lee, and absolute credit to your business.

Discovered a fuel leak on my car whilst at work on a sunday and after talking to my breakdown cover company, my recovery was sorted with the help of these guys! Car was collected and dropped off right by my house. The Driver gave me a couple of cards from garages that he knows, trusts and recommends, which was a nice touch. Great service from PCR.
