MB Transport Recovery draws consistent praise for the way vehicle transport jobs are managed from first contact through to delivery. Several accounts note careful loading and unloading, with cars secured properly on the transporter, including one with a snapped spring sitting low to the ground. Reliability and punctuality feature strongly, and an account describes a collection rearranged without fuss when parts had not arrived at a dealership. Communication before and after the work is a theme that comes up often, notably updates and photographs confirming a vehicle had reached its destination safely.

On cost, rates are described as competitive, fair and reasonable. The driver, named in feedback as Mathew, Matt and Matty, is portrayed as polite, friendly and professional. Customers in several reviews describe the efficient, quick manner of working that has led some to book again, and others note a car collected in Yorkshire, inspected before loading and taken onward to a main dealership with a message confirming safe arrival. Repeat bookings are described as accommodating and pleasant each time, with the service proving dependable across several jobs. The care taken with a vehicle needing dealership attention stands out among the accounts.
