Extremely professional, made what was for me an unfortunate occurance with breakdown of my van run very smoothly, vehicle picked up within an hour, quickly loaded and dropped at location, very nice talkative chap throughout also. Highly recommended.
The guys turned up bang on time, very quickly loaded the car safely and very quickly on a very busy road. My mum is disabled and the guys supported her made sure we were both comfortable. The guys themselves are amazing, kind, funny, very professional and made the situation so less stressful. Safe to say I could not recommend these guys and this company any higher. Thank you guys x
OMG I found myself in a terrible dilemma on Saturday 14th Feb when the Ball Joint popped on my car.The car was blocking a minor road and blocking cars in. I randomly picked Norkson Breakdown Recovery and thank god I did. From my first conversation with Chris I was more than happy that my problem would be addressed and resolved. He was so nice on the phone and put my mind at ease that he would attend ASAP and as per his word he did. What a professional the car was given a full lift with the drivers wheel hanging off. Chris delivered the car without incident to my home address. A few issues with the car were resolved by Chris with ease. I am very impressed and would strongly recommend Chris and his Company.
