NI Car Recovery

NI Car Recovery is a family business based in Belfast. The company is fully insured and serves Belfast and surrounding areas. It provides car recovery, breakdown, non-start and accident recovery services using specialist recovery equipment. Roadside assistance, home assistance, lockouts, wheel changing and jump starts are also offered. A team member named Rhys is mentioned in customer reviews.

Drivers left stranded by breakdowns, accidents and cars that refused to start in Belfast describe a recovery outfit that repeatedly turns tense situations into manageable ones. Praise for punctuality runs through the accounts, with arrival within twenty to thirty minutes mentioned again and again, including a motorway call-out at night with a baby on board and a truck reaching a customer inside the hour to take a vehicle home or to a chosen mechanic. Named drivers come up frequently: Brendan stayed with one customer until a trustworthy mechanic had been found, Carter worked patiently at a car that would not fire before it eventually started and loaded another vehicle with obvious care, and Rhys dealt with everything without fuss.

Clear explanations of what would happen next, particularly after a collision and where an insurance company was involved, are a recurring theme, as is a calm and professional manner throughout. Securing a car properly is described as giving peace of mind, and the service is spoken of as costing less than other options, with one account citing a saving. Helpful advice and genuine concern for customers also feature, with a driver going beyond what was expected.
