Scrap My Car Coventry

Ignoramus. No way to get customers.

We needed two cars collected and scrapped as they were on our drive for a long time not running. I called and arranged collection on the same day, guys came on time. The guy called me beforehand to confirm address. He filled in paperwork, payed on the spot! Everything was very smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend it ! Thank you :)

If I could give them no stars at all, that would be more appropriate. Not trustworthy and unreliable. Had arranged to meet up for them to pick up the vehicle at 4pm. 4pm came and 5pm came and still no call from them. When contacted, they kept saying someone was en route. Contacted again at 5pm, was advised they will contact the driver and will give us a callback. 5.30pm, had no call back and at this point the offices had now closed. Absolutely waste of time, especially as I was not local to the area and had to travel an hour. Would not bother.

Do not trust these people. They conned me. We agreed £300 for my deceased brothers car. We they came to collect they said they would not pay anything because it didn’t have a catalytic converter despite the fact I had given details of the car. I had no choice as I had driven a long way to hand over the car. Really bad experience. Stay clear. Not nice people.

Worst experience with these people. Picked up my car swiftly after we agreed on just over £300. They said payment will be couple days after. After a week with no payment or communication, I called them for update on payment and they then told me that they are willing to pay £100 only. I told them to return the car and they said I can only pick it up but they won't return it. I am in london and they are in Coventry...Least I deserved after they lied about the total agreed fee. frauds.

Really good service. CM Waste we’re very efficient and courteous when I needed my old car removing from my drive. Just an e-mail with make and model of my car is all they need to provide a quote of how much they would pay for my old car in scrap cost then even offered to take away same day. I’m n the actual day I could do they were on time and really helpful and courteous. Paid money straight into my account and even gave me extra money for an old battery I had in my garage that I wanted rid of. Happy with the service

I needed two cars scrapping, spoke on the phone to a really nice man and he sent two trucks out the next morning, payment was instant and the drivers who picked up the cars were so friendly and polite, this was my first experience dealing with scrapping cars and this company and the men were a delight and made it so easy, would highly recommend, will use again in future when needed, thanks guys
