Deposits are non-refundable.

Tow & Go is a Nottingham vehicle recovery and towing operator whose customers write about how quickly assistance reaches them and how reasonable the cost turns out to be. Accounts frequently reference breakdowns on the M1 and cars left stranded at garages on the opposite side of the city, with recovery achieved inside fifteen minutes in more than one case. Several reviewers describe being quoted the deposit and full amount before any work began, with online payment proving simple and the eventual charge matching what was promised.

The driver, identified in one account as Alix, is consistently portrayed as polite, understanding and reassuring, arriving early and handling the job without fuss, whether returning a vehicle to its owner's address or keeping a crashed car in storage at no cost until an insurer arranged collection. Communication is maintained throughout, and subcontracted work for other businesses is carried out with courtesy towards their customers. Prompt, fairly charged recovery and towing, delivered by someone calm and helpful, is the recurring theme.
