TOWZ R US CAR RECOVERY CARDIFF

Towz R Us is a vehicle recovery company based in Cardiff. The company provides vehicle recovery, breakdown assistance, accident recovery, and local and long-distance recovery services. It operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The company assists with cars, vans and other vehicles. It has an experienced team of recovery operators.

Breakdown recovery across Cardiff is the service that anchors a consistently positive set of accounts, with cars and motorcycles collected and moved between destinations under the company's Car Breaker and Transportation service specialisms. Speed recurs as a theme, several customers describing rapid arrivals after a breakdown and vehicles recovered without lengthy waits. Reliability is mentioned just as often, reviewers noting that agreed collections went ahead and that their vehicles were handled carefully in transit. Pricing draws repeated comment, described as reasonable and, in one instance, surprisingly low, while communication before and after jobs is praised for being swift and clear.

Colin is named by one customer as prompt, friendly and reassuring, and the practice of giving customers a lift home after dropping a vehicle at a garage appears in more than one account. Assessments of professionalism, helpfulness and the calm manner shown during stressful breakdowns run throughout, alongside safe transport of motorcycles following mechanical failure. A further point that comes up often is the collection and delivery of a car arranged without the owner being present, with keys handed over before the vehicle was moved on.
