Scrap car collection in Birmingham is handled by Any Scrap Car Birmingham, and the accounts left by customers centre on how quickly vehicles are taken away once contact is made. Several reviewers describe same-day collection, with one car picked up within ten minutes of the first call and another within the hour, and punctual arrival is a theme that comes up often. The price quoted is repeatedly described as good or great, and payment is made on the spot, including in cash where requested, without any dispute arising afterwards.

Customers also note how straightforward the process feels: a Ford Focus was collected and a photograph later supplied showing the vehicle had been recycled properly, which gave the owner reassurance about where it ended up. Manners matter to the people writing here, and the team is variously called polite, friendly, respectful and helpful, while the service itself is summed up as professional and responsive. Reliability runs through the accounts, with the same-day arrangement singled out as unusual. A customer who received an image confirming the recycling of their Ford Focus ends by thanking the team.
