Fair pricing comes up often, with reasonable quotes agreed over the phone and no unexpected charges. Umar receives particular praise for handling a difficult access job, while Alex is named for keeping a customer informed throughout. Communication is a recurring theme, from prompt call answering to updates as the job progressed, and the service is characterised as reliable, punctual and efficient. Reviewers also value the politeness and helpfulness shown, including going out of their way to reassure someone stranded for the first time with a dog in tow, a point that comes up often in feedback about the personal touch.
