The prices quoted were very reasonable and definitely good value made even better with the accompanied excellent customer service! I can confidently say you won’t regret using this company…easier 5 stars I’ve ever given !

Had an accident. We were collected and the car and taken home safely. The service was excellent and later, when we needed proof of recovery to claim money back from Mercedes, they provided the invoice. They were very considerate and understanding and we can't find words to express our thanks.

Our car broke down at the end of the M1 in London - it was incredibly stressful, but Paul was so calm and reassuring, and couldn't have been more helpful. The recovery truck arrived within an hour to take our car to a garage near to our home, and Paul kept in touch throughout. Because there were a few of us in the car and couldn't all travel in the truck, Paul even drove me and my son to a tube station so that we could get home. It was such an incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture, and we were so grateful. The recovery charge was also very reasonable. All in all, given the very high level of service we received, it was excellent value for money.

I needed to change my tire which was absolutely flat and I could not drive my car. Within 20 minutes of my call I had my car picked up and taken to the tyres shop I work with. Friendly and competent staff, good price. The company is a good example of how service providers should work.

Breakdown Recovery Ltd answered the phone immediately and did everything they could to arrange collection from the garage in York in the early hours of the morning and delivery! I couldn't believe my luck and am so grateful to have found such a genuine, honest and reliable company. I dealt with Paul and Rachel who were both polite, caring and professional and kept me informed with calls, texts and photos of the vehicle provided by Rob, the breadown driver, before and after, which was very reassuring.
