Compass Vehicle Recovery is described by customers as a proficient and responsive recovery company covering Glasgow and the surrounding area. Several reviewers highlight the speed of response, with vehicles collected promptly and delivered to a garage of choice, often within a short time of the first call. Imran is named repeatedly for his friendly and capable approach, arriving quickly, keeping customers informed of his estimated arrival and updating them when he was close. A point that comes up often is the quality of communication, with customers noting that they were kept in touch throughout and that they could arrange the recovery remotely without being present.

Reviewers also describe the pricing as reasonable and good value, and mention the care taken to try starting a vehicle before towing it, saving unnecessary transport costs. The service covers breakdowns, electrical faults and non-starting vehicles, with cars and vans transported to garages and dealers. The delivery is described as efficient and well organised, with photographic proof of delivery provided. Customers repeatedly mention that the whole process was easy and stress-free.
