HK Vehicle Recovery is a vehicle recovery and towing business run by Hade, based in Stirchley, Birmingham. Services include breakdown recovery, accident recovery, local and long distance towing, with cars, vans, 4x4s and motorcycles covered. The business uses a modern tilt-and-slide bed with correct straps for safe transport. Its service area includes Birmingham, the West Midlands and the motorway network. Hade answers the phone and drives the truck himself.

Towing and breakdown assistance around Birmingham is what reviewers describe, with accounts of call-outs at difficult hours and on stretches of the M6. Customers repeatedly highlight punctuality, describing a quote given up front and a driver turning up when promised without needing reminders or repeated calls, while another mentions being reached within twenty minutes of getting in touch. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is communication: photographs of the loaded vehicle being sent and a message before arrival.

The pricing is described as fair and reasonable, and the work itself as dependable and uncomplicated. One named member of staff, Hade, is singled out for patience, calmness and kindness during a recovery after an accident, and for taking time afterwards to offer advice about the car. Reviewers also note that difficulties were dealt with professionally, including a delay in getting a vehicle back, and they frequently mention the driver's friendliness and the speed of the response, as well as a willingness to attend when someone was stranded alone late at night.
