Various customers describe arriving within a quarter of an hour of a call, with one driver recalling a motorway breakdown on a stretch without a hard shoulder. Reviewers frequently point to that the ETA given is honoured almost to the minute, whether the job is a jump start or a tow to a destination of the customer's choosing.

A theme running through the feedback is the cost, described as cheap, honest and competitive, particularly by a motor trader who has used the service many times to move cars from auctions and dealerships. Praise is directed at named staff, Kyle and Kenzie, for their politeness, care and willingness to help with unrelated problems. The team is described as punctual, respectful and efficient, handling a campervan and older vehicles with equal care.
