The person i spoke to on the phone was very helpful and professional and gave me an instant quote over the phone, the price was great! i called them at 11:30am and my car was collected within 30mins and safely home by 2pm. Definitely recommend and will use again if ever needed.

An excellent company, turned up on time, polite, unhurried, helpful, no...... 'VERY' helpful and treated my car as I would have hoped. It makes a really refreshing change to deal with a company such as this... well done to you both, 1st class service, I would definitely recommend them.
Great communication, transperancy and proof of delivery. From getting in touch to getting the car towed and delivered, took 2 hours all in. Highly recommended.
London Recovery Ltd are amazing, they helped me a last night at short notice and very late at night after my ow breakdown company let me down and left me stranded. Went the extra mile and was there really quickly, great communication and helped no end with my breakdown companies shambolic attempts at recovery the following day, even posted my keys back to my home address so they would remain safe. If you are ever in need of recovery in London give this company a call! They will 100% help and be the best call you could make. Brilliant service
Absolutely incredible service from London Recovery Ltd! I had a stressful situation with 2 flat tyres (295/35/23) and thought I'd be stuck. But they came to my rescue quicker than lightning! Not only did they recover my car, but they also parked it safely at a nearby tyre shop and even delivered the keys back to me since it was on their way. Their professionalism, speed, and kindness are truly commendable. Highly recommend London Recovery Ltd for any breakdown or recovery needs!"
If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! My car broke down on Tuesday night at a traffic light, and after being quoted a 3–6 hour wait by RAC, I found these guys online. A man named Sharif arrived within 30 minutes of my call, to jumpstart my battery. The service was quick, and he made sure the car was running again before I set off. Unfortunately the car cut out again, before I was able to move off but Sharif went above and beyond to try and get it working. After several attempts, he identified that it was a bigger issue (potentially with the cars alternator) and explained that recovery would be needed. He arranged for the car to be loaded onto the ramp and offered to drop me home with it so I could have it recovered to a local garage in the morning. Sharif was extremely helpful and informative about the potential problems, and even offered to recommend reliable mechanics if I struggled to find one. He ensured the car was parked safely in my car park and even had to manually push it into place at one point! Breaking down late at night/early morning, far from home, could have been a stressful experience—but thanks to Sharif’s professionalism, reassurance, and genuine effort, everything was handled properly. I couldn’t have asked for better service! Thank you so much, Sharif! If you ever need help, I HIGHLYYYYY recommend booking with these guys—you won’t be disappointed.
