What a great service, quick, reasonable price and to make it even better the driver was a nice polite friendly wee guy. Certinley use them again.

I was stuck in a ditch at 9:25pm and called this company for help. I explained it was a genuine emergency, my phone had low battery and I had poor signal. I was quoted £150 for what was a very simple recovery job. Despite agreeing to pay that, I was told I had to pay the full amount up front before he would even come out - not even a deposit. When I asked for some understanding given the situation, he just said he wasn’t interested anymore. I eventually found someone else locally who came out after midnight, did the job quickly for £100, and was easy to deal with on the phone. For a company called "Low Cost Recovery," they gave me the highest quote and were the least helpful especially given the scenario and the fact I was willing to pay the full amount before any work had been done.
