Platinum Recovery Service

Platinum Recovery Service is a family-run business operating as a limited company registered in England and Wales. It provides car and van breakdown recovery services in Nottingham. The company describes itself as experienced towing specialists in the Nottingham area.

Platinum Recovery Service covers breakdowns and transport work across Nottingham, and the accounts left by customers centre on speed, calm handling and straightforward pricing. Jahangir, whom reviewers often call Jay, is named for reassuring people in stressful situations, explaining how he would reach them and then arriving swiftly, in several cases within twenty minutes, with the vehicle loaded shortly afterwards. Several accounts note that cars other operators had failed to load were collected without difficulty, and that transport to a home address or a repair garage was arranged promptly and followed through with a second collection days later.

The care taken to secure a vehicle on the truck, including making it safe to move once unloaded, comes up often, as does practical advice on what to do next. Customers describe clear quotes and reasonable charges for the work carried out, along with a friendly and accommodating manner from first contact to completion. Communication before and after the job is a recurring point of praise, particularly when people were stranded with children or on a slip road. Many accounts note that the same service would be used again for any future breakdown.
