Had a five star experience today, changing my tyre. Such friendly, helpful service - going above and beyond. Couldn't recommend enough

My car broke down and I able to get to a car park while I found a recovery company. Found Rapid and they were so friendly and helpful. We arranged a time and met. He was so lovely, professional and very helpful. Really affordable too! Got my car to my garage. Really would recommend. Thank you again!

Professionally heroic & definitely affordable! My car broke down obviously and these guys were mega knew what they were talking about, it's an automatic that got stuck in drive and had a dead battery, no dramas to this lot came out within 5 minutes of my phone call and after some faffing around trying to convince my car to behave it did and loaded it up and helped me put it into a very awkward spot on my driveway! My car broke down with no breakdown cover, found Rapid Recovery after calling a couple of other places who weren’t very helpful. Within 20 minutes of calling, help arrived and my car was quickly loaded on to the recovery truck and taken where I wanted it, along with friendly advice on what to do next. I hit a pothole on the way to work in the morning, just when things like this are most stressful. The resulting damage was two blown nearside tyres. Simon at Rapid Recovery was able to get out to me in a short time and save my bacon. Not only did he arrive in good time, he used his local garage knowledge to find me a tyre filters not far from where I was headed, this saved me a lot of time and was above and beyond what one would expect from a recovery service. Thanks to Simon I had two new tyres on the car and was ready to go again in an hour or so from pickup, the prices were very fair and my preferred tyre was actually fitted. Rapid also keep a stock of their own tyres just unfortunately on this occasion not two in my size, he also has preferential rates from the garages he works with locally. Thanks for today Simon, you saved me a lot of stress and I was still able to get to work in good time, I have saved your number and won’t hesitate to use you again. My car broke down and within 30 minutes Simon had picked it up and assured me he knew what the fault was, he fixed my car within 7 hours as I needed it back for work the next day.
