SMG Salvage

SMG Salvage operates a scrap car collection and towing service covering Glasgow, and the accounts left by customers point to a quick and well organised removal process. Several reviewers highlight the speed of collection, with cars often picked up a few hours after the first call or on the following day, and the loading itself taking only minutes. A point made in several accounts is the reliability of the arrangements, since arrival times matched what had been agreed beforehand.

Communication is praised, particularly the instant callbacks and the clear answers given to questions before the job, while the agreed price is paid without any attempt to bargain it down on arrival. Reviewers often mention the friendliness and politeness of the team, with Steven named as a member of staff who turned up promptly and dealt with the paperwork on site.

The towing side of the business is described in the same terms, the removal being hassle free, with payment made on the spot and the vehicle loaded and taken away without fuss. Customers note that their questions were answered fully before collection and that the whole process, from the initial call through to the paperwork being completed, was handled without friction or delay, which is what draws repeat mentions of how easy it is to dispose of an old motor.
