TM Breakdown Recovery - 24hr Van and Car Recovery Southampton

This guy is a scam. Called their number, quick response. They requested for a deposit which I sent, they stopped responding to calls and text. Blocked my number and never picked up my car. I then had a closer look and noticed their website is non existent goes straightto error 404. Account number he gave was personal account number not a business. Address is just a random post code no house number. Pls stay away from this guys. All the good reviews may have been bought. The pictures doesnt really show the name on the tow truck just "recovery". They scammed me of £40 I will go an extra mile to ensure they dont scam another person.

Brilliant recovery service and would definitely recommend! Broke down on a Sunday morning on the motorway and contacted TM Recovery to help get us to our usual garage about 15 miles away to get the car fixed. They got to us quicker than expected, were very friendly, and also very reasonably priced. Hopefully won't break down again anytime soon, but would absolutely use TM again if it happens!

Tony was absolutely superb in both his response time (answered phone immediately and then arrived at my breakdown site in 20mins). Very polite and couldn't do enough to assist me. Very positive in his manner and ability. His price was extremely competitive and I would heartily recommend him to anyone that requires his prompt and courteous service. I would rate him 6 stars if I could!

Totally unreliable. No show, let me down, and then gave me attitude. The company was struck off in the companies register in August 2024, so probably shouldn't be operating under this name. Save your vehicle and go elsewhere.
