ASR Scrap My Car Manchester is a family-run business that is fully licensed for the removal of scrap metal. It operates and covers the whole of Greater Manchester. The company offers free collection of scrap vehicles and provides cash for cars regardless of condition.

It handles all necessary paperwork, including the V5 log book, and provides an official receipt. Vehicles are recycled in the correct way through specialist facilities. With many years of experience, ASR Scrap My Car Manchester guarantees to beat any reasonable scrap vehicle quote.

ASR Scrap My Car Manchester draws consistent praise for a scrapping process that moves quickly from first contact to completed transfer. Customers in several reviews describe vehicles being collected and paid for within hours, with one account noting a car gone and funds received barely an hour after an initial quote request. Anthony, also called Ant, is named repeatedly for his politeness, honesty and reliability, contacting people ahead of arrival to confirm timing and then walking them through the documentation on the spot.

A recurring theme is the handling of DVLA notification, which customers appreciate being dealt with on their behalf rather than left to them. Fair quotes, arrived at after comparing several offers, and immediate bank transfers are mentioned often, with payment made before the vehicle is removed. Angela is also singled out for explaining matters clearly. The service is described as removing the fear of untrustworthy operators, and collected vehicles such as a Renault Megane are cited, along with relief that the whole job can conclude within a couple of hours.
