Scrap Any Car Manchester

Scrap Any Car Manchester is a family-run, small business with over a decade of experience buying scrap cars and vans. It is part of Clear My Scrap. The company holds a Waste Carrier Licence and a Scrap Metal Dealer licence. It covers all of Greater Manchester and beyond, and operates regular scrap car collection days in Stockport, Cheshire, Warrington, Bolton, Wigan, Northwich, Oldham & Rochdale, Macclesfield and Knutsford.

It buys scrap cars, motorcycles and vans, including MoT failures, salvage cars, non runners, accident damaged vehicles, car shells, write-offs, flooded and damaged vehicles, part-exchanges and cars that have stood idle. During collection, it handles official DVLA paperwork and changes ownership on the spot, and offers instant bank transfers. Its scrap yards are equipped with the latest technology to streamline recycling, and its team is trained to handle the recycling process precisely, identifying and repurposing salvageable parts. It provides scrap car collection at no extra cost. Its main services are scrap car collection and disposal.

Drivers whose vehicles have failed, stood idle for years or become otherwise unusable feature prominently among those contacting this Salford scrap car collection service, and the accounts describe a straightforward process from first enquiry to collection. Several customers highlight that a quote is followed by a prompt callback and a pickup arranged for the next day, with awkward cases such as cars stuck in low underground car parks or without keys handled without fuss.

Reviewers repeatedly mention that payment arrives before the vehicle is loaded, sometimes while loading is under way, and that the necessary DVLA paperwork and road tax cancellation are dealt with on the spot. A theme running through the feedback is the manner of the staff, with the site engineer praised for perseverance in loading a long-stored Mazda RX7 and Oliver singled out for his telephone manner, alongside friendly and respectful drivers. Tidiness, clear communication about driver location and a hassle-free experience are also noted, with the speed of the whole arrangement, from first call to cleared payment and completed paperwork, standing out in the feedback.
