Twice booked in to have my car collected. Twice no show and now ignoring messages. Complete time wasters. Update* have been trying to contact the company for 3 days after their reply with no answer to calls or messages. I give up on them

Arranged a collection for a specific time. 3 hours later and still no sign of anyone and contacting results in straight to voicemail. Absolute waste of time.
