4.9 / 5 · 200 totalI have 2 year old Yaris Cross Hybrid that wouldn't start this morning due to a flat battery. My RAC cover didn't have Home Start so they wanted £161 to come out. A neighbour tried to restart using a powerpack, my son came with jump cables but neither worked. Mechanic from Carrols came and had me sorted in 5 minutes after a false start. Turns out you need to put the earth cable to a specific bolt in front of the fuse unit rather than car frame. I know for next time. Great company very reasonable price at only £80 and friendly helpful mechanic. Came within the hour as promised and got me running again in minutes. Thank you.
Fantastic service, would 100% recommend. Called Saturday needing my classic car to be picked up and delivered home due to an issue and Carrolls Automotive were there Sunday morning on time. A very professional service at a great price.
Had my bike break down, battery died Called them, asked where I was, if they needed any special tools and told me they were on their way, 20 mins later they were there and had me going again, really friendly to. Price is better than anywhere else I've found, 80 pound here yet 150 at the AA and that's just for a callout. Will 100% be using these again if need be :)

There are no words for happy I am with this service. I was literally in tears about the fact my car would not start fearing the worst and I found Carroll’s by chance just searching for roadside assistance. I queried my issue, they called me and reassured me that it would be a quick and easy fix for them and they would get me up and running. They did it at a time to suit me and did not fail to deliver. Thank you so so much. It’s the small things that make the big differences.
I broke down on Sandy Lane and contacted Ben at Carrolls Automotive, he took my details and dispatched a flat bed recovery truck. I was rescused within 40 minutes. Always fast recovery and friendly staff
Excellent and professional service.I was stuck in a mud patch outside my home but the RAC did not consider this as a breakdown. I contacted Carrolls who arrived in 1/2 hr and winched me out in 5 mins. I was impressed.
